Hello World!

Default WordPress post title to kick things off

I figure I ought to explain myself if I am expecting anyone to take time to view this website. Then again, I do not anticipate sharing this link with my closest friends and family so what do I owe a complete stranger? Best not to ruminate on that too long.

Starting with the raison d’être, I needed something to do. It could be my self-imposed social media embargo, but I feel a need to share. What? I suppose whatever comes out and gets recorded in one form or another.

I’ll try to post weekly but then sometimes it will be monthly or quarterly. Enough to stave off feelings of failure but stopping well before obsession.

I want to say that I will post mixed-media: poems, comics, music, musings, complaints. I am apprehensive to say such things and create expectations to uphold or possibly leave unfulfilled. I think expectations are appropriate. After all, it’s just me here.
